Andrea Mahigan Bogiatto
Andrea Bogiatto is the Founder and Director of Zero Earth Academy, an international law enforcement training and advisory organization focused on behavioral architecture, decision-making under pressure, and operational performance in high-liability environments.
With over two decades of frontline and international experience, his work is built on a clear operational premise: under pressure, individuals and teams do not rise to the occasion—they fall back on the patterns they have reinforced over time. His focus is not on isolated actions or technical execution, but on the behavioral systems that generate those actions, shaping how operators perceive, decide, and act when environments become unstable. His operational background began in emergency response within the Italian Red Cross and the national 118 system, where he operated in time-critical environments requiring rapid assessment, coordination, and disciplined decision-making. He later joined the Italian State Police, serving in patrol, Mobile Brigade public-order units, and specialized operational assignments. Within the Mobile Brigade in Turin and Genoa, he operated in large-scale crowd control and anti-riot deployments—environments where behavioral stability, command cohesion, and decision timing directly determine outcomes.
Over the course of his career, his work expanded into specialized operational roles, including K9 deployment, high-visibility security operations, and complex multi-agency environments involving heads of state and international events. These experiences shaped the foundation of his current approach: operational performance is not primarily technical—it is behavioral, structural, and decisional.
Following his service, he founded operational training and development companies in Europe and the United States, including Dogs Enforcement LLC in Florida. He later established Zero Earth Academy, through which he delivers international training and advisory programs for law enforcement, military, and security organizations across Europe and the Americas.
His work is defined by a non-conventional operational perspective. Rather than treating errors as isolated failures, he analyzes patterns, latency, signal consistency, and behavioral shifts under stress. He rejects the concept of immediate “recovery” as an operational solution, focusing instead on how behavioral instability emerges and how it can be structurally stabilized through pattern redesign.
This approach led to the development of The Pack System, a behavioral and organizational framework focused on leadership alignment and operational coherence, and to the co-creation of the PROMPT Method, a structured model for decision-making under pressure. His work also integrates applied training environments designed to expose behavioral patterns in real time, using controlled instability to measure latency, redirection, and system stability under stress.
His expertise has supported international training and advisory activity across Europe and the Americas, including contributions to the development of a K9 operational awareness program for the United Nations Global Service Centre (Brindisi), focused on improving the integration of operational assets within complex security environments.
In 2023, he was granted a United States O-1 Visa for Extraordinary Ability, recognizing his international contributions to law enforcement training, operational performance, and applied behavioral systems.
Andrea Bogiatto is also a published author and international speaker. He is the author of Le Ali del Lupo and The Pack System, works centered on leadership, behavioral dynamics, and performance under pressure. He has delivered training and presentations at professional conferences including the International Police K9 Conference (USA) and multiple human behavior and operational training events across Europe.
His written work has been featured in leading industry publications such as Police K9 Magazine, K9 Cop Magazine, and Police & Security News, where he focuses on bridging the gap between training environments and operational reality through the lens of human behavior and decision architecture.
In addition to his operational and advisory work, he has served as a professor at eCampus University (Faculty of Criminology, Rome) and as a lecturer at the Inter-American University of Buenos Aires (UAI). He is a recognized and accredited instructor by the Training and Improvement Division of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.
Today, his work is centered on a single objective: redefining how operational units understand performance—not as a function of skill alone, but as the result of behavioral patterns, decision timing, and system stability under pressure.
